At MobFixers, we stand behind the quality of our work. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and if something isn’t right, we want to make it right. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one.

We believe in transparent, fair service. If you’re not satisfied with your repair, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Repair Service Refunds

When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds for repair services may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Unable to Complete Repair: If we cannot successfully complete the repair due to technical limitations or part unavailability, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
  • Unsuccessful Repair: If the repair does not resolve the original issue and we cannot fix it after reasonable attempts, a full refund will be provided.
  • Service Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel before we start the repair, you’ll receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment.
  • Diagnostic Fee: Our diagnostics are free. If you decide not to proceed with repair, there is no charge.

When Refunds Are Not Issued

  • If the device has additional issues beyond the original diagnosis that were disclosed to you and approved before repair
  • If the device is damaged by the customer after repair completion
  • If the device has been modified or repaired by a third party after our service
  • For cosmetic preferences (color, fit, or minor appearance variations in replacement parts)
  • If the repair was completed successfully and the device is functioning as expected

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a repair service:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the repair completion date
  • Provide your repair receipt or order number
  • Briefly describe the issue you’re experiencing
  • Bring your device to our shop for inspection (required for refund verification)

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or alternative payment at our discretion. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Product Refunds

If you purchased accessories or replacement parts from us:

  • Unused, Unopened Items: May be returned within 14 days for a full refund with original packaging and receipt.
  • Defective Items: If a part or accessory is defective, we’ll replace it free of charge or provide a refund within the warranty period.
  • Opened/Used Items: Opened or installed parts cannot be returned unless defective.

Deposit & Prepayment Refunds

If you’ve made a deposit or prepayment for a repair or appointment:

  • Cancellation 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund of deposit
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment: Deposit may be forfeited or applied as store credit
  • No-show without notice: Deposit forfeited
  • If we cancel or reschedule: Full refund or credit toward future service

Warranty vs Refund

Please note that our 07-day check warranty is designed to address issues through repair or replacement rather than refund. If you experience an issue covered by warranty, we will first attempt to repair or replace the affected part. Refunds are considered only if we cannot resolve the issue satisfactorily.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed only after device inspection confirms eligibility
  • Devices must be in the same condition as when repaired (no additional damage)
  • Refunds do not include shipping costs (if applicable)
  • We reserve the right to repair or replace before issuing a refund
  • Abuse of refund policy may result in denial of future service
