Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MobFixers services, website, or booking a repair, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.

Repair Services

Service Estimates

All repair estimates are provided after a free diagnostic assessment. Final costs may vary based on actual issues discovered during the repair process. Any price changes will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.

Repair Process

• Diagnosis: We perform a thorough diagnostic to identify all issues with your device.
• Quote: You receive a transparent, fixed price quote before any work begins.
• Repair: Our certified technicians use genuine parts and precision tools for lasting fixes.
• Testing: Every repair is rigorously tested before being returned to you.

Data Backup

You are solely responsible for backing up all data on your device before submitting it for repair. MobFixers is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process, though we take all reasonable precautions to protect your data.

Warranty Policy

07-Day Check Warranty

All repairs come with a 07-day warranty covering parts and labor for the specific issue addressed. The warranty period begins from the date of repair completion and covers:

• Defective replacement parts
• Workmanship issues related to the specific repair
• Same issue recurring within the warranty period

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage (cracks, drops, liquid exposure) after repair
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
• Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original repair
• Normal wear and tear
• Software issues unrelated to the hardware repair

Pricing & Payment

Pricing

All prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirham) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted at the time of repair approval will be honored for that specific service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the repair and before the device is returned. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. A receipt will be provided for all payments.

Unclaimed Devices

If you fail to collect your device within 30 days of repair completion and payment notification, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee. Devices unclaimed for 90 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of or sold to recover costs.

Repair Timeframes

Most repairs are completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. However, complex issues may require additional time. Estimated completion times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. We will communicate any delays promptly.

If you require your device by a specific time, please inform us when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations

You may cancel a repair service without charge up to 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. For no-shows or cancellations without notice, a fee may apply.

Refunds

If we are unable to complete a repair due to technical limitations or part unavailability, you will receive a full refund. Once a repair is completed and the device is returned, refunds are generally not offered. If you believe the repair was not performed correctly, please contact us within the warranty period to address the issue.

Device Liability

MobFixers takes great care with all devices in our possession. However, in the unlikely event of accidental damage during repair, our liability is limited to the repair cost or the market value of the device, whichever is lower. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Consequential damages (lost business, etc.)
• Damage from pre-existing conditions unknown at time of diagnosis

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your device and its issues
• Back up all important data before submitting your device
• Disable any security features (passcodes, Find My iPhone) before repair when requested
• Collect your device within the agreed timeframe
• Pay for services rendered in full upon completion

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobFixers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of MobFixers and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
