Do I need to remove my screen protector?

Screen protectors often need to be removed for screen repairs. If your screen protector is in good condition, we’ll try to remove it carefully, but we can’t guarantee it won’t be damaged. For other repairs (battery, camera, etc.), we can usually work around screen protectors.

Do I need to disable Find My iPhone?

For iPhone repairs, especially screen and battery replacements, we recommend disabling Find My iPhone before the repair. This allows us to properly test the device after repair. If you’re unable to disable it, please let us know, and we’ll work with you to ensure the repair can proceed safely.
